Move forward with the support of new friends
Rebuilding is one of the best things I’ve done for myself since my divorce. I learned so much about myself, the process, and especially that I am not alone on this journey. An invaluable experience!
Our 10-week seminar begins with healing and recovery from relationship loss, and then moves to uncovering the self-worth necessary for confidence and healthier future relationships.

RB Graduate Men’s Group
Our RB-only Men’s Group explores what it means to be a man and provides support to one another as we live into our masculinity. Together, we will strengthen our integrity and become more purposeful. Join us to address the challenges in our lives and love relationships.
I am sponsoring the RB Men’s group because of how important and positive they have been in my life and the lives of others in the group. Within a few months, our trust and vulnerability solidified, allowing us each to bring what is real for us into the room. After about six months, each of us has noticeably and specifically evolved into our masculinity. I invite you to join your RB brothers in our masculine quest.
A great starting point is to read No More Mr. Nice Guy by Robert Glover. “If I am a nice guy, then everyone will love me and like me.” Why doesn’t this contract hold true? Why don’t we get the love we want when we give so much to others? Dr. Robert Glover has dubbed the “Nice Guy Syndrome” as trying too hard to please others while neglecting one’s own needs, thus causing unhappiness and resentfulness. Exploring the “nice guy” syndrome in our lives and the path forward is a recurring theme in the men’s group. We will provide a safe and confidential environment to explore the masculine and how the covert contracts of the “nice guy” lead us astray.

“Joining a men’s group has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my personal healing journey. Something magical happens when compassionate, honest and committed men can share with one another the unique challenges that we all face in finding our true selves and how we relate to the world and our partners. I see this group being part of my life for a very long time. I already see the change and growth in myself and the other men in the group in less than a year! We support and challenge one another to be true to ourselves. Why is this not mandatory for the modern man???”
“The RB Men’s Group is a highlight of my week, connecting with other men as we explore together what it means to be a man, friend, and human. The changes I have noticed in each of us in a short amount of time is nothing but staggering. It is my deepest hope that all men (and humans) have such an impactful and meaningful group as this one.”
“The connections I’ve formed in this group have given me confidence and perspective that I can carry into all of my relationships. It’s a place to openly share thoughts and feelings, to challenge each other, and grow.”
“After my divorce, family and friends were supportive but I didn’t feel anyone really understood. There were times I felt as though I was in a world all by myself. The RB Men’s Group has helped me by connecting with men I believe understand me, men who are working on themselves and willing to share those experiences, and men that want to be accountable and hold me accountable in life’s journey. What started out as some bi-weekly meeting has turned into a solid support system that I value and rely on.”
6 Weeks: Thursdays, April 20th-May 25.
Hybrid: In-person in Niwot (Week 1) and over Zoom

Dr. Bruce Fisher, author of “Rebuilding When Your Relationship Ends” performed research leading him to imagine a mountain climb that guided a 10-week process, leading members from Denial to Freedom. Becoming more validated and open with their reactions and feelings, members move to a truer awareness of themselves. The Freedom Mountain Top points to the building of a more whole, confident self.

I wish I could tell you exactly what makes this class work so well. Honestly, the other graduates and I stand around talking about it and the one thing we land on every time is how grateful we are for showing up. Seriously, since my last relationship ended…it’s the single most helpful thing I’ve done to help me move forward and make my life better.
Please give us a call or use the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss how Rebuilding Seminars can help you move forward in your specific situation. Participants range from those long divorced. to those in the middle of the divorce process, to those considering separation or still living under the same roof.
Each 10-week class is served by a team of volunteers, men and women nominated by their own peers and classmates, to make sure your Rebuilding experience is the best possible. By facilitating small groups, coordinating refreshments, and providing a variety of outside activities, the volunteers help energize and deepen your Rebuilding experience. Because they have gone through the Seminar themselves, they are able to understand and relate to your own process.
Although optional, our social activities can be nearly as powerful as the classes, helping your confidence to grow in a safe social setting. This is one secret of Rebuilding, helping people re-enter the single sub-culture. Hiking and other outdoor events, dinner and a movie, or a favorite activity you may suggest – we help set it up and make it fun. These gatherings are also a great place to talk with your classmates and share personal situations.
One of the great benefits of Rebuilding is the potential of friendships. If you choose to, it is quite likely that you will make one or more lasting friendships from your class. More, after graduation, you will be invited to join the greater Rebuilding community. We are hundreds of adults who have done this work and enjoy activities coupled with authentic conversation. Activities posted on our private meetup range from include a weekly happy hour, afternoon bike ride, weeknight book club, the RB Band, and frequent potlucks with new friends. Hundreds of Rebuilders turn out for our Giant Summer Picnic and the Annual Holiday Ball. We include a mix of events that are kid-friendly.
Rebuilding has delivered clinically-proven results to thousands of graduates over the years, including doctors and lawyers, therapists and judges, single parents and job-seekers — many diverse people, who successfully complete our confidential Seminar.
Assess. Get the tools. Rebuild.
