Divorce Support

Feel Better. Move Forward.

Has your relationship just ended? Experienced loss? Are you asking, “Should I stay or should I go?” Has it been a while since your breakup, and you haven’t moved on? Consider Rebuilding Seminars to get unstuck and feel better so you can move forward. We heal together in large classes that form lasting, trusted social connections — the antidote to the isolation that can accompany loss. Meeting in Denver, Boulder and Larimer counties, Colorado, and over Zoom, so you can join us from wherever you are!

Our Workshops are a peek into what the 10-week Rebuilding Seminar offers.

An overview of the Rebuilding blocks to relationship recovery, we offer you a place for support, guidance, camaraderie, reflection, and even a bit of humor.

Move forward with the support of new friends and transformational growth. See if the Seminar is a good fit for you the first week.

This package is recommended for people who are ready to build a new foundation for dating by developing deep self-worth. It includes both the Rebuilding Seminar and the Dating Foundations Seminar.

Meet The Facilitators

Small group work provides healing and connection

“I wish I could tell you exactly what makes this class work so well. Honestly, the other graduates and I stand around talking about it and the one thing we land on every time is how grateful we are for showing up. Seriously, since my last relationship ended…it’s the single most helpful thing I’ve done to help me move forward and make my life better.” – Fall 2019 Graduate

“The Rebuilding Seminar was indispensable to my getting through my divorce in a healthy and positive way. The support group created by the attendees was amazing and I have made some lifelong friends.” – Summer 2019 Graduate

The next step to recovery is self-acceptance.
The first step to rebuilding is understanding what is broken.
