Led by Rebuilding Seminars owner/facilitator Bob Manthy
This is the fourth RB-only Men's Group that I have started. I do this for you without compensation because it has been immensely helpful to me. With each meeting, my RB Men's Group helps me to be my best self and bring positive masculinity to my relationships. I would literally be a lesser man (and human) without these high-trust male supporters who provide empathy, compassion, and their own vulnerability. All RB men should do this. Register below.
Men's groups are crucial because they provide a safe space for us to:
Challenge societal expectations of masculinity and image
Develop emotional intelligence and healthy relationships
Heal from past wounds and traumas
Connect authentically with other men
Discover our true selves and potential
Joining an RB-Men's Group is about building genuine brotherhood. It's a place where you can be real, drop the act, and share your truth without judgment. No pretending, no posturing, just authentic connection and support as we each explore and step into our purpose.
Many of have not felt safe being real with other men. This is a place to change that and further discover the freedom to be yourself in the company of RB brothers. This was missing in my life for too long.

"The connections I’ve formed in this men's group have given me confidence and perspective that I can carry into all of my relationships. It’s a place to share thoughts and feelings openly, to challenge each other and grow."
This is a new group which will be limited to 12 men. We will meet bi-weekly, likely on Wednesdays (TBD), 6-8p. After the opening meeting on Jan 29th, the meetings will rotate between group members' homes. The host provides food and drink.
Meetings generally start with a quick 2 min check-in and a request for follow-up time to bring something personal into the group for deeper discussion. Meetings may have a specific topic to be explored for the evening, such as relationships, personal growth, masculinity, shame, or meaning and purpose. Trust builds over time and the sharing gets deeper. I am more vulnerable in my men's group than I am in any other context.
Several members from existing RB Men's Groups and I will help facilitate this new RB Men's Group for the first several months to establish safety and helpful group norms. The groups themselves are to be self-managed without a designated leader. Groups are limited to 12 participants. RB Men's Group meetings are free.
Please register below to save your spot.
The $20 one-time registration fee covers Sparrow's administration time.
