2026 Rebuilding Men’s Group:
Forge Your Brotherhood. Claim Your Masculinity.

12-week Program, Mondays, April 6 - June 22, 6-8p

Led by Bob Manthy and Ben Pursley

Men Supporting Men

After Rebuilding, many men ask, “What’s next?” This twice-monthly men’s group offers that next step — a journey into authentic masculinity, purpose, and connection. Together we’ll explore strength and vulnerability while building a circle of trust and accountability that you help create — and carry forward.

Men's groups are crucial because they provide a safe space for us to:

Challenge societal expectations of masculinity and image

Develop emotional intelligence and healthy relationships

Heal from past wounds and traumas

Connect authentically with other men

Discover our true selves and potential

Joining an RB-Men's Group is about building genuine brotherhood. It's a place where you can be real, drop the act, and share your truth without judgment. No pretending, no posturing, just authentic connection and support as we each explore and step into our purpose.

Many of have not felt safe being real with other men. This is a place to change that and further discover the freedom to be yourself in the company of RB brothers. This was missing in my life for too long.

"The connections I’ve formed in this men's group have given me confidence and perspective that I can carry into all of my relationships. It’s a place to share thoughts and feelings openly, to challenge each other and grow."

How will the RB Men's Groups work?

The RB Men’s Group is a structured 12-week experience designed to help men move from isolation and self-management into grounded strength, honesty, and real connection with other men.

This is not a drop-in support group. The structure matters.

Each group is limited to 12 men and meets weekly for two hours. Every meeting follows a steady rhythm: a check-in to ensure every man’s voice is heard, a clear theme or prompt for the night, and time for personal sharing and witnessing. Over time, this consistency creates safety — and safety enables depth, truth, and trust to emerge.

The program follows a deliberate arc. Early weeks focus on belonging, honesty, and learning how to listen without fixing. From there, men begin to recognize how they’ve learned to disappear in their own lives — and how to return to themselves without performance or collapse. In subsequent weeks, reconnect men with presence, desire, strength, and direction. Nothing is forced, rushed, or theatrical. The work is simple, direct, and human.

For the first portion of the program, experienced RB members and facilitators help establish the container and norms. Over time, the group becomes self-managed, without a designated leader. The intention is not to create dependence, but brotherhood, a group that belongs to its members and continues to move forward after the formal program ends.

This is not about becoming a different man. It’s about returning to the one you already are, and doing that alongside other men who are committed to the same work.
